职位描述：
Oversee day-day control and reconciliation of the general ledger system, which involve daily bookkeeping, monthly and annual closing of books and accounts.
Monitor and control cost and capital expenditure. Providing financial analysis to management of business results, to identifying drivers of growth, profitability and loss, and to highlight business issues / opportunities.
Responsible for company cost center reporting, provide company cost center reports to HQ and local management teams.
 Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with PRC accounting principles.
 Prepare group reporting package according with group reporting requirements.
 Responsible for the maintenance of financial accounting systems
 Responsible for tax filing & regulatory reporting
 Develop and maintain policies and procedures as required for every finance function.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to arrange audit.
Establish and maintain good relationship with local tax authority, SAFE and banks

Professional Experience
 At least 5 years experience as an Accounting Manager, Chief Accounting Officer or position of similar responsibility, preferably in the banking industry with corporate structure and HQ in a foreign company
 Experience establishing accounting and related financial systems from a business pre-commencement stage through a full operational stage.
 Mature with great management and leadership skills.
 Diligence, detail-oriented. Down-to earth capable to work under pressure with good personnel character. 举报 分享
