Job Summary
Company: Finnair Beijing Office
Position:Sales Coordinator / Support
Location: Beijing
Key tasks & responsibilities:
? Undertake sales activities as required to meet and achieve sales team objectives and sales targets
? Coordinate daily management of Group Sales
? Diary management & admin support for office, co-ordinate meetings & events as required, VIP delegation co-ordination & any other duties as required.
? Work with Group requests in AGM
? Support sales team in strengthening the relationships within the customer portfolio at the operational and servicing level (eg. Travel Managers, Implant office, Agencies etc.)
? Support client managers by arranging sales calls
? Creating various reports to support sales team (Cognos + other manual reports)
? Event arrangements and RSVPs
? Business Development
? Lead generation
? Pre-flight checks
? Handle possible direct customer
? Dedicated line for Agent special support
? Check competitor campaigns
? Customer maintenance in SellSmart
? Prepare ticketing instructions
? Assist to solve fare filing errors with TCS
? Monitor ticket deadline
? Assist as ticketing expert
? Create & Distribute fare lists, sales memo's
? Liaison -Group Ticketing, Sales & Admin team
? Monthly waiver and special ticket reports
? Phone lines for other CM plus other kind of sales support to sales team when needed
? Support team for their hotels and train/flight tickets on duty
? Act as ticketing / fare rules expert
Key Competences:
Knowledge
Basic understanding of airline sales principles
Knowledge of Finnair rules and practices
Ayres and AGM application
Microsoft Office
Skills
Fluent Chinese & English (written & spoken)
GDS (Amadeus) user
Good Windows Office skills and particularly strong command of Excel
Good telephone skills and ability to deal with demanding customer service situations
On time answers and actions
Project Management Skills
Required education for the position
University degree and English diploma is a plus
Required experience for the position
Airline /travel agency background for the last 5 years
