Rapid UI/UX Designer JD

1. UI Designer
This position is the key China UI/UX designer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver world-class user interface designs and guide implementation from concept through to launch.
- Design for a variety of platforms including smartphones, tablets and web browsers.
- Produce designs to help the entire product team understand the desired customer experience: storyboards, flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Guide usability testing for prototypes. Quickly collect and decipher feedback for rapid iteration of the product design.
- Develop and document UI Design standards based on technical requirements, marketing requirements, and industry best practices.

Must have skills
- 5+ years of experience website and mobile UI/UX design
- Experience with the best UI design patterns & standards
- Exceptional design skills
- Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps
- Understanding of common software project management & development practices
- Solid hand drawing and sketching abilities
- Help define user goals, models, taxonomy, and user interfaces for new and existing product features then translate them into wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Perform intuitive UX evaluations, competitive analysis, help facilitate usability testing, and present recommendations on major projects that involve user experience.
- Create, present, and deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, process maps, feature lists, and detailed taxonomy overviews, to effectively communicate interaction, user experience, and design ideas.
- Establish UX workflow and drive best practices with an eye toward responsive design patterns, localization, scalability, integration, and ease of maintenance across a variety of consumer touch points and platforms - web, mobile, etc.
- Degree in Design is preferred
- Fluent in English (Nice to have)
- Fluent in Chinese

Nice-to-have Skills
- Familiar with Agile development methodology, with scaled scrum experience
- Experience with CSS/HTML/Javascript
