职位描述：
Job Function:
Be responsible for MRO purchasing of Linde+Engley Chongqing Plant. Including service, rental, maintenance, repair, office supplies, IT supplies, labor safety related. Follow up import goods, customer clearance, etc.

Job Responsibility:
1.Receive Purchasing Request, confirm necessity, budget, specification, brand, etc. with user department.
2.Respond to user department queries on purchasing items, policy, procedures, check price on market as reference to user department.
3.Sourcing on market for potential suppliers.
4.Evaluate supplier profile, qualification, background, technical strength.
5.Send out and receive Request of Quotation.
6.1st round Quotation analysis.
7.Draft PPT file for Supplier Decision Matrix, hold meeting or send email to top management for Supplier Nomination.
8.Negotiate pricing with nominated supplier, confirm final price, payment term, Inco-terms, delivery methods. Define spare parts rate, hour-rate of on-site support, etc.
9.Involve technical expert on Technical Agreement sign-off.
10.Contract draft and review to ensure company benefit and fair trade.
11.Award contract to supplier.
12.Follow up contract on payment and supplier performance management.
13.Place Purchase Order on overseas part, follow up pick-up, transportation, customer clearance.
14.Check billing items on every month end with supplier and finance.
15.Reconciliation with finance on every month end, including reimbursement, payment application, accrual 举报 分享
