职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责使用百度商桥等聊天工具与客户沟通，解答客户疑问，介绍产品，能用心服务，拿到客户信息，促成交易，完成销售目标。
2.客户后期管理以及跟进工作
3.协助上级完成数字营销团队的部分任务
4.收集顾客意见并促进服务的完善。

任职要求：
1.有相关客服工作经验，打字速度要求50-60/分，熟练操作Excel表格；
2.头脑清晰，思维敏捷，待人热情，善于交流，有良好的服务意识，工作耐心细致；
3.具有亲和力，具备良好的沟通能力，工作积极严谨，做事认真，踏实肯干；
4.有较好的网络语言沟通技巧能力、团队精神和客户服务意识；
5.听从工作安排，适应压力环境下工作，能很好的配合团队工作；
6.为网上客户提供售前服务,并以良好的心态及时解决客户提出的问题和要求；
