DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:岗位职责：
● Proper management of e***ironmental impact arising out of Go***vama Auto activities. Knowledge and appliance of SGI documentation concerning his/her position. 熟悉SGI 文件有关知识和器械；合理管理有悖于Go***vama公司有关环境影响的行为
● Chemical and mechanical analyses to verify plate quality (daily). 化学和机械分析已保证每片钢板的质量（每日）
● Carrying out the analysis and verification of each roll to be cut on lines (daily).对每个将落料的钢卷实施相关分析和验证（每日）
● Submission of results concerning material quality to clients (daily). 向客户提交与原材料质量有关的检验结果（每日）
● Keeping technical factsheet documents in the laboratory updated (daily).保证实验室的技术文件实时更新（每日）
● Resolving queries on the quality of the product on the various lines (daily). 解决不同产线上与产品质量有关的疑问（每日）
● Blocking of material when quality requirements are not fulfilled (daily). 封存质量不合格的材料（每日）
● Advising on the method of processing defective material for its recovery (daily). 针对工艺有缺陷的材料提出修复方法（每日）
● Approving material for new parts, supplier changes or any changes of parts (weekly).新产品原材料的批准，供应商变更或任何与零件有关的变更的批准（每周）
● Calibration of measurement devices of the laboratory and production (the frequency depends on the device concerned, in principle once a month). 实验室和生产现场所有测量设备装置的校准工作（校准频率根据每个装置的定义实施，原则上每月一次）
● Visiting clients to discuss material quality issues. 拜访客户以讨论材料的质量问题
● Conducting analyses and verifying material cut at Go***vama.指导材料切割有关的分析和验证
● Various material tests. 多样化的材料试验
● Mainte***ce of laboratory work instruments.实验室内各种工具/设备的维修维护

Skills/Education/Experience:技能/学历/工作经验：
Technical School or College above 技术类院校或大专以上学历
Accept 2 shifts 接受两班倒
Minimum 3 years’ experience in lab of steel or automotive industry. 至少3年以上钢铁或汽车零部件实验室经验
Knowledge of a wide array of quality inspection/sorting /gauging/measuring techniques, both visual and dimensional. 具备广泛的关于质量检测/分类拣选/计量/测量知识和方法，包括目测和尺寸检测。
Knowledge of Blue Print Drawings/Schematics Preferred 会蓝图和原理图制作者优先
