主要工作职责：
Main missions:
1) 协同SQE制定来料检验方案，并培训检验员。
Cooperate with SQE to define the incoming inspection plans, and train inspectors.
2) 跟踪每批问题来料，向供应商发放8D报告并推动改善，直到问题关闭。
Follow every NOK materials, issue 8D reports and push suppliers for improvements until the issues are closed.
3) 负责日常产品质量管理，审核CMM及切片报告。
Responsible for daily product quality management, review CMM and macro analysis report.
4) 负责跟踪客户投诉质量问题的处理和跟进。
Responsible for the handling of customer complaints.
5) 负责完成KPI指标的统计。
Responsible for the statistics of KPI indicators (eg. PPM, scraps, complaints).
6) 负责跟进EBOS质量管理体系要求的执行
Responsible for the implementation of EBOS quality management system.
7) 负责完成上级安排的其他工作。
Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor.
任职资格：
Qualifications：
1） 大专或同等学力机械工程相关专业
College degree or equivalent majoring in mechanical engineering.
2） 两年以上机械行业质量管理工作经验，有焊接行业经验优先。
2 years working experience in quality management of mechanical field, welding is preferred.
3） 熟悉TS16949，APQP，PPAP，SPC，MSA，8D
Familiar with TS16949，APQP，PPAP，SPC，MSA，8D
4） 英语四级，读写流利。
CET-4, fluent in reading and writing.
5） 工作严谨，积极主动，正直，能承受一定工作压力。
Elaborated, motivated, integrity, ability to work under pressure.
