Process Control in Workshop (Injection & Assembly)
注塑和装配车间过程质量控制
Monitor the quality checker to validate first shot & last shot for each order, sampling check in process and daily sampling check in production to approve parts sending to warehouse and outgoing inspection
监督质检员对车间订单首件&末件的确认，过程抽样检验及车间产品入库前的检测批准和产品的出库检验。
Organize the relevant departments to take containment measures, corrective measures and verification for product quality issue in process.
对生产过程发生的产品质量问题组织围堵措施并组织纠正措施的实施及验证。
According to requirement to maintain and update documents of quality control procedure and instruction if necessary.
根据需要维护和更新产品质量过程控制程序和文件。
Supplier quality control(Sister company, raw material & o’ring) .
供应商质量控制
Execute Containment Plans in case of product quality issue occurred in the process of supplier products and organize corrective actions work effectively.
对供应商的产品质量问题组织围堵措施并组织纠正措施的实施及验证。
Maintain and update supplier’s quality control procedure and document if necessary.
根据需要维护和更新供应商质量管理控制程序和文件。
Monitor quality checker perform incoming check from supplier’s parts.
监督质检员对供应商来料进行进料检验。
Organize the audit for supplier if happened quality issue and the quality performance not good, push supplier according to requirement to take the action plan for improvement.
对发生质量问题和质量绩效表现不好的供应商组织评审，并推动供应商按照要求进行整改提高。

Answer quality complaint from customer and submit 8D report to customer and Implement 8D validation and tracking.
响应客户的投诉，提交公司的整改报告给客户并实施8D验证和跟踪。
Follow up action plan and update the quality control documentations.
跟踪公司的整改计划并更新相关质量控制文件
Actively communicate with customer regularly to maintain good relation with customer.
