职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
Assist procurement activities during proposal preparation and project execution phase .
Assist supplier inquiries, bid evaluation forms, purchase orders, expediting, shipping and delivery and etc, until to P.O. close-out.
Assist management of procurement payments, procurement cash flow forecasting, and all related procurement document action.
Assist develop and maintain excellent relations with all relevant suppliers and subcontractors .
Other tasks assigned by Procurement Manager.
-协助方案准备阶段的询价和项目执行阶段的采购
-协助向供应商询价，采购评估，采购订单，催货，运输与交货等，直至采购订单关闭的工作
-协助管理采购付款，采购现金流预测和所有相关采购文件
-协助开发并维护与所有相关供应商和分包商之间的良好关系
-采购经理安排的其他工作任职要求：

Key Requirements:
- College degree or above, major in logistics, or trade-related fields
- CET 6 and Good command of both spoken and written English
- At least 1-3 years of purchasing experiences in industry company
 - have basic knowledge in logistics and supply chain
- Advanced excel ,pdf , photoshop,skills and good study ability
- Good negotiation skills
- Team player， patient and optimistic.
- 本科学历及以上，物流、贸易专业, 理工类专业优先
- CET6，良好的英语听说读写能力
- 在工业行业具有1-3年以上采购工作经验
- 掌握国际贸易，国际物流的基础知识
- 熟练掌握Excel，pdf，photoshop , 并具有良好的学习能力
- 较好的谈判沟通技巧；
- 具有团队精神，有耐性，性格开朗乐观； 举报 分享
