Within the EunaCon Consulting Group, EunaCon Finance Solutions & Services Ltd. / EunaCon Certified Public Accountants provide finance services for small to medium sized FIE’s in China. Our clients include manufacturing, trading and service companies, in most cases with shareholders from the German speaking parts of Europe.

Our services include:
？ Long-term cooperation with companies who have outsourced their accounting and controlling to us
？ Regular consulting and supervision of the work of the in-house accountants of client companies
？ Coordination of the financial reporting to shareholders / overseas management
？ Tax consulting for VAT, business tax, corporate income tax and individual income tax issues
？ Project based services such as feasibility studies, special audits and financial due diligence

As our business is expanding rapidly, we are now seeking a highly motivated

Accountant
(Location: SuZhou, Jiangsu Province)

Responsibilities:
？ Handle accounting, financial reporting and tax issues for clients, our own and the affiliated companies
？ Participate in fact finding and investigations in the finance area.
？ Assist with the liaison with government authorities with regard specific accounting and tax problems
？ Assist the General Manager with the management of a team of accountants and consultants

Requirements:
？ Accounting certificate (会计上岗证).
？ Bachelor degree or above in Finance/Accounting or related fields.
？ 3-5 years working experience in accounting and finance.
？ Knowledge of Kingdee accounting system.
？ Working experience in a trading or manufacturing company is a plus.
？ Working experience in the financial consulting business is a plus.
？ Good understanding of Chinese GAAP and all Chinese Laws concerning tax and finance including Chinese Foreign Exchange Regulations.
？ Good knowledge of Chinese laws and regulations concerning employee compensation.
？ Fair command of spoken and written English.
