Scope:
Act as engineering/sales window person to work with Magna seating CEC and global team to exploit Japanese OEM market
Support engineering interface between China office and customer on awarded project
 
Duties and Responsibility:
? Collect and share regularly engineering/commercial information of potential projects to China office and global team
? Support from engineering and commercial side on new project quotation following Magna NBD process, include but not limited to:
1.Technical/commercial document translation
2.Data transfer and maintainence in Magna Team center during quotation phase
3.Initiate technical/commercial proposal(China office support)
4.Keep tight communication on both engineering and commercial interface of customer during quotation phase
5.Arrange F2F meeting with customer on engineering/commercial clarification
? Gather customer unmet needs and complains before,during and after quotation phase
? Support Magna Tech show/Forum in Japan
Working experience
         Min 4 year working experience in automotive seating industry
Education
          Bachelor or above
Skills and Qualifications:
? Very good communication skills and team work
? Excellent Japanese skill, both written and spoken
? Very good English skill, both written and spoken\
? Good PPT, excel, MS office skills
? Knowledge of issue analysis and problem resolve
? Can endure high working pressure and frequent outboard business trip 举报 分享

SHANGHAI, China, January 25, 2016 – Magna International Inc. announced today that it is growing its footprint in China, with the establishment of a new seating engineering center in the Xuhui District of Shanghai.

The newly established engineering center will help Magna match the pace of growth in the world’s largest automotive market. The new location, which will include a seating testing lab and prototype shop, will employ approximately 60 people initially, but is expected to increase employment to more than 100 at full capacity.
