主要职责：

？ Work with customers to define technical requirements (system configuration, ECU requirements, Control Requirements) for the application of Engine Management Systems (EMS) to customer vehicles

？ 与客户制定技术需求（系统配置，控制要求……）

？ Capture systems requirements and Develop and maintain Systems requirement Documents (SRD)

？ 获取系统要求，并维护系统文档

？ Develop and Manage work plan with customers to meet program deliverables

？ 制定管理工作计划满足项目交付

？ Coordinate delivery of prototypes

？ 协调样件的交付

？ Manage development of Engine Control Units (ECU) with ECU design engineers to meet customers performance, cost, quality and delivery requirements

？ 与ECU工程师配合开发满足各项要求的ECU

？ Develop and release required customer drawings and specifications

？ 开发/发布客户要求的图纸/性能报告

？ Maintain open issues list with customer and lead development of action plans with customer and component design engineers to close all open issues

？ 维护各种存在的问题列表，管理改进

？ Support the quoting of new business

？ 新项目支持报价

？ Prepare EMS system proposals for pursuit of new business

？ 为新项目准备系统方案

？ Track, analyze and lead corrective actions for warranty issues

？ 跟踪/分析/领导售后问题

？ Support Customer's production launches

支持客户项目投产

主要绩效指标：

？ With customer documents Engine Management System acceptance criteria for engine and vehicle level testing and service diagnostics

？ 参照客户对EMS系统的要求，制定可接受的发动机管理系统中发动机及车辆水平测试和诊断服务的标准

？ Support customer production launches

？ 向客户的投产提供支持

？ Vehicle level issue resolution, including pre-production prototype, B&A plant, and launch support

？ 试生产的样品制作、小批量、量产过程中的技术支持

？ Continuous improvement required

任职资格：

？ Bachelors/ Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/ Electronic Engineering related to the automotive field

？ 机械专业学士／硕士或与汽车相关的电子专业

？ Understand China Stage IV /Ⅴemission standards and EOBD diagnostics requirements

？ 了解国IV /Ⅴ排放标准及EOBD诊断要求

？ Understand Engine Management Systems (EMS) including engine management sensors, throttle body, fuel injectors, engine control units (ECU) and software control strategies

？ 理解EMS，包括相关的零部件及控制策略

？ Understand Powertrain controls software and function

？ 了解动力系统能力及软件

？ Ability to Collect, evaluate and analyze P/T system test data and results

？ 掌握采集/评估/分析动力系统测试数据和结果

？ Understand dynamometer usage and principles

？ 了解测功机原理/使用

？ Understand and organize for extreme environment test.

？ 理解并组织三高试验

？ Ability to Characterize sensor/ actuator transfer function

？ 有能力特征传感器/执行器特征曲线

？ Familiar with TS 16949 tools: ＡＰＱＰ/ＰＰＡＰ/ＦＭＥＡ/ ＳＰＣ/ＭＳＡ
