职位描述：
Main responsibilities 主要职责:
● Study all machines operation and all production processes to find out the best ways of machine working
学习设备操作和生产过程，找出设备***运行模式
● Setting, resetting, updating and optimizing the running programs of the machines to ensure the machines running properly for the maximized output of the machines.
设置、更新、优化设备编程以保证设备正确运转并达到最大产出
● Monitors and tracks equipment operation and interact with maintenance technicians to find out the better ways of machine working.
监控追踪设备运行，与维修技师配合找出设备工作的***模式
● Initiate and lead the optimization of the machines.
发起并主导设备优化
● Ensures that all maintenance personnel are adequately trained, equipped and motivated so that the plants maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.
保证所有维修人员得到充分的培训和激励，已使工厂的维修维护计划以安全、准时、高效的方式得以实现
● Responsible for coordinating and scheduling all maintenance down time in order to minimize down-time.
负责协调安排设备停机时间已达到停机最少化
● Implements programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness.
采取措施保证车间整洁度
● Ensure work area is safe and reports all accidents.
保证工作区域的安全并及时汇报事故
 
Requirement:
- 大专以上学历
- 工程师岗位3年以上
- 熟悉冲压设备、钢板裁剪设备、激光设备、焊接设备、五金加工设备等机械原理或电气原理。
- 自动化工程师要求熟悉使用西门子编程软件
