职位描述：
1. Coordinates all quality-relevant tasks within the program
2. Responsible for all quality related documents within the program
3. Generate the Control Plan in cooperation with the project team, according to FMEA and Lessons Learn
4. Manage the inspection of program samples to customer
5. Ensure quality controls in each program phase in preventing defect parts to customer
6. Drive timely effective problem solving for quality problems in the program
7. Escalates quality risks within the project to the line manager prior to quality gates and when necessary
8. Can stop shipments to the customers (samples, pre-series production parts) with immediate escalation to the Quality Manager and Project Leader.
9. Approve PPAP for all new parts from internal company
10. Ensure corrective actions in place to prevent issues from reoccurrence
11. Ensures compliance with CLAUS Requirements
12. Perform internal process Audits for approval of mass production
职位要求：
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering.
2. 5 years of experience as a quality engineer.
3. 3 year of auto industry experience and knowledge of - 8D, FMEA, APQP, and PPAP is required.
4. 2 years project quality experience is must
5. Certification of internal audit for TS16949 is preferred.
6. Strong knowledge on quality tools, APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA/Control Plan/8D
7. Solid problem analysis and solving skills
8. Good at dealing with customers
9. Able to work under high pressure effectively as a team member
