We invite applications for the following position to be based in Chongqing:

CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Customer Service Agents, you will be responsible to assist passengers in making and confirming reservations, selling tickets for the airlines Sell & Serve customers professionally through telephone in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue, and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.
Assist passengers with all queries regarding reservations, Privilege Club, Stop Over programme and all other QR products and services.
Build customers interest in the services and products offered by the company.
Provide personalized customer service at the highest level.
Telephone customer or travel agent to advise of changes with travel conveyance or to confirm reservation.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Follow the metrics set by the company.
Promote QR products to maximize revenue sales.
Serving maximum number of customers following QR procedures.
Ensure correct usage of all files and fares.
Assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries, including support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.
Adheres to QR uniform standards as outlines in the corporate guidelines.
Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree.
A Recognized IATA or Airline Basic Tariff Course is preferred
Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.
Excellent English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese language communication skills in both spoken and written are essential.
Fair Knowledge of World Geography.
