Key Responsibilities:

? Lead the implementation of Visteon's product development process into all VCCC' s projects

?Lead the project team in developing a Statement of Work with the Customer for each project

?Lead the project team in developing a Statement of Work for engineering services to be contracted to Visteon for each project

?Lead the management of engineering services contracted to Visteon

?Lead establishment of cross functional teams to meet program deliverables

?Deliver assigned programs/ projects to profitability, timing and quality targets

?Lead successful Product Development System Gateway reviews for each project

?Lead development of action plans to resolve all program issues (Risk Management)

?Manage the change control process

?Develop and Strengthen the business relationship with customers

?Assist in development of business cases for new projects

?Perform special studies/ projects

Competency Specification

?Bachelor degree or above, engineering is preferred;

?Experienced in project development and management, familiarity to development procedure of Ford is prefer;

?Strong English speaking capability and communication skills

?Basic understanding of corporate finance

?Result focused

?Problem solving

?Ability to independently plan, prioritize and manage work tasks and people
