Responsiblities:

1. Continue improve production & manufacturing efficiency, assist new project and equipment install.
2. Support all of customer's production lines, complete quality, cost and delivery targets etc.
3. Design, manufacturing and fixture improvement.
4. Leading Total Productive Management, multi-skilled maintenance for fixture and tooling.
5. Support press shop for components and parts improvement.
6. Develop production efficiency improvement research and continuous improvement.
7. Making precautionary measure for customer requirement.
8. Knowledgeable MAG welding and spot welding.
9. Leading production line improvement.


Qualification:

1. At lease 5 years working experience in manufacture industry,automative industry is a plus.
2. Bachelor degree with majoring mechanical engineering and related field.
3. Familiar with welding process and welding equipment.With welding knowledge and technical ability using robots in assembly process
4. Have the welding quality problem analysis and solving ablitiy.
