岗位职责：
1 为物流操作，物料流，物流仓库和提高物流效率建设内部规划蓝图
2 物流预算和成本控制，为降低成本提供持续的改进计划
3 精益生产物流需求、 标准化的物流及物料操作及运输的运作。建立物流工作程序，以更好的指导日常的工作，来帮助仓库的运行。
4 熟悉，训练和促进所有精益工具的使用，例如5S，VSM，SMED,SW,TPM等。
5 参与公司的精益文化建设，在此之下，为日常用语和工具的使用打下基础，记录已完成的成果并制定短期和长期的执行计划。

任职要求：
1 本科以上学历
2 3年以上汽车制造业的工作经验
3 熟练操作精益生产工具
4 机械工程类专业本科及以上学历
5 良好的英文水平
Responsibility
?Plant internal layout plan for logistics handling,material flow,warehousing and work efficiency of logistics.
?Logistics budget and cost control,continuous improvement plan for cost effciency.
?Lean manufacturing logistics requirement and standardized operation of logistics and material handling and shipping.Build logistics working procedures to have a good instruction for the daily job to help warehouse have good performance.
?Understand,teach and promote the use of all lean tools such as 5S,VSM,SMED,SW,TPM,Production leveling,KANBAN,Kaizen & Hosin etc.
?participate in building up a lean culture in the company,hereunder grounding a base for a common language and common methods,make audit status,make documentation for achieved results and make short term as well as long term action plans.

Qualification
1 At least Bachelor's degree.
2 At least 3 years working experience in automobile industry
3 Good command of lean production tools.
4 bcheloree or above degree with a specialization in industrial engineering.
5 Good command of English
