* Manage accounting team daily work.
* Provide complete, timely, accurate accounting information to management team.
* Prepare and provide the monthly accounting report in compliance with PRC GAAP and USGAAP.
* Independent ability on monthly closing, timely and accurately.
* Assist in and play a key role in the preparation of the site’s operating plan.
* Ensure the site’s fixed assets are controlled and accounted for at all times.
* Ensure cost rates and detailed product cost are regularly reviewed and updated.
* Comply with internal procedure, accounting policy, government rules.
* Work with firms for statutory report, external audit and internal audit.
* Coach and lead the accounting team development.
* Provide the necessary analysis as business requirement.
* Improve the process and efficiency to support the developing business.
* Other tasks assigned by financial controller.
