? Tech window to be as THS R&D;
? Create working relationship with customer R&D;

? Customer R&D organization chart collection and update;


2, Information collection
? Customer tech information and requirement collection;
? Competitors info gathering (tech solution, cost, quality issues);
? Customer Validation flow gathering;
? Customer project list gathering and update under support of KAM


3, Information transfer
? Transfer customer tech requirement to site;
? Feedback of Valeo's tech proposal to customer during PCC;
? Identify Valeo strong point and competitors weak point to customer.


4, Data handle

? Customer 3D handle;
? Concept 3D exchange and explanation
? Assembly check
? Data quality
? Basic modification on 2D 3D in CO based on PPCR process
? Technical presentation under support of site R&D

5, Customer Requirement understand

? CRD in technical
? Some requirement not included in the RFQ to identify
? Question from customers collected and recorded
? Answer to customer after confirm internally
? Question from Valeo and get answer from customer


6, Release
? Understand customer Release procedure;
? Follow up release process and get the release;
? Customer DPVR - PVPR signature
? Test Sample delivery and follow up test in Customer
? Trail assembly with customer
? Vehicle test + Road test
? Test data analysis with customer
? Warranty return work with customer R&D


7, Engineer Change
? Customer Engineer Change management
? Valeo VAVE follow up in Customer


Requirements:


Bachelor or above degree

mechanical design background is plus

fluent English

goog communication & logical thinking


Will have training in Wuhan for 2 months.
