Job Summary:
Under the directions of General Manager, the sale manager/sales executive direct, plan and organize sales activities and resource to achieve the business goals.
Responsibilities:
1) Develop, recommend and implement annual business strategy.
2) Promote and generate sales from the existing customers.
3) Identify new prospect and develop action plan to meet the desired goal.
4) Conduct market/industry survey and research to keep abreast of latest development.
5) Delight customer by providing the finest quality of product and service.
6) Coordinate with operations department to optimize inventory levels to meet customer needs.
7) Hiring, directing and coaching sales team to achieve business goals.
8) Build team atmosphere and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
9) Build strong functional and cooperative relationship with business partners.
10) Prepare sales reports and analysis.
Requirements:
1) Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar discipline.
2) At least 3 years sales experience in Frozen Food industry.
3) Possess excellent sales management, negotiation and presentation skills.
4) Strong relationship management skills
5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6) Able to demonstrate solid sales track record
7) Knowledge of Frozen Food industry/market
8) Good command in English both spoken and written
9) Good in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
10) Good command in English both spoken and written
11) Preferably process own transport

2)曾有至少三年的冷冻食品销售及管理经验。

4)拥有联系政府机构及海关的经验则优先考虑。
5)需懂书写英文,以便与总部联系。
6)懂得操作电脑(计算机),并熟悉微软软件的运作。
7)自备交通工具则优先考虑。
