岗位职责
？ 管理小批量生产车间
？ 发展并领导生产部门团队
？ 对复杂的夹具部件服务及维修
？ 发展并实现精益化生产流程
任职要求：
？ 本科学历及以上，机械工程或机械制造相关专业
？ 多年生产经验
？ 较强管理组织能力
？ 熟悉生产流程，尤其针对车削、铣削和磨削
？ 精通英语或德语，有很强的沟通能力
HAINBUCH has been selling, designing and manufacturing fine workholding for over 60 years. We are a family owned company with its headquarter in Germany. At the moment we employ approximately 750 people worldwide. We also have 11 subsidiaries around the globe as well as 50 sales partners in different countries. Our Chinese sales division is located in Shanghai.
For our newly found production in Taichang we are looking for a competent and experienced Head of Production. Your technical expertise, production knowledge, enthusiasm and organizational skills will make you a perfect candidate for this position.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Shop floor Management of small lot size production
* Developing and guidance of production unit team
* Service and repair of complex workholding devices
* Developing and implementing of lean production processes
THE SKILLS
* Technical college degree [e. g. Mechanical Engineering, Machine Manufacturing]
* Several years of experience in production
* Organizational competence
* Knowledge of production processes in general and profound knowledge about turning, milling and grinding
* Strong communication skills in English or German and Chinese
