职位描述：
MAIN ACTIVITIES

? Make good control of PM department including the skill training, personnel assignment and performance review of PM employees
? Responsible for the construction of infrastructure for the new project including layout planning, installation and commissioning instruction as well as equipment handover management
? Responsible for TPM of the company, manage the protective and predictive maintenance of the equipment, fixture and tooling, arrange the emergency repair and so on. Organize the breakdown analysis of the equipment and control the safety stock of the spare parts to ensure the implementation of the production plan
? Follow up the overall operation of the infrastructure such as the workshop, power distribution room, air compressor, boiler room and pipeline of water, power and gas, and arrange the maintenance as well
? Make the self-designed devices and fixtures to meet the requirement of production
? Make the VAVE analysis of the equipment, improve the equipment, fixture and tooling to raise the quality, optimize the process, save the energy and cost, lower the labor intensity, reduce production time, improve the production efficiency and strengthen the safety measures
? Set and improve the production process
? Support the analysis of quality problem and make the improvement of the equipment, fixture and tooling
? Make 5S,visual Kanban and tag out management of the equipment
? Support the evaluation and control of the environmental factors and hazard to ensure the safety of the production environment
? Make the equipment training materials and organize the skill training for equipment operator
? Propose rationalized suggestion in PM work and keep continuous improvement
? All other duties assigned by the superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical and electrical engineering
? Min. 5 years experiences in maintenance management and min. 3 years experiences in the similar function in manufacturing industry
? Profound knowledge of machinery and electricity. Experience in manufacturing environment is a must, automotive industry or hydraulic drive system or PLC preferred
? Fluent English skill both in oral and written
? Open personality, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
