职位描述：

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Providing legal advice on transaction structuring and documentation of secondary market securities transactions;

· Providing legal advice on structuring and documentation of derivatives transactions with underlying assets in equity, commodity and fixed income areas;

· Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and relative documents for above mentioned business;

· Handling other assignments designated by Senior Legal Counsel from time to time.

Skills and Abilities

· Must have experience in various aspects of securities secondary market brokerage business, including equities trading, prime brokerage, etc.

· Exposure to equity and fixed income derivatives / structured products as a plus;

· Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and communication skills;

· Willing to study in new areas;

· High integrity and professional ethics;

· Proficient communication skills and interpersonal skills;

· Competence to work under intense pressure;

· A good team player;

· Basic office computer skills.

Qualifications

· A law degree from a reputable law school with a Chinese Mainland law practice license.

· At least 4 years PQE with 2 years of relevant experience, gained from international law firm/ commercial bank or investment bank; preferably with at least one year of relevant experience in an investment bank;
