职位描述：
电力电子产品系统开发工程师(SH-EH)
Power electronics product system development
Responsibilities工作职责：
- Power electronics product requirement engineering, system concept development;
电力电子产品系统需求开发和系统概念开发；
- System architecture design and maintain, detailed system design specification documentation;
系统架构设计，开发和维护系统架构以及书写系统设计规范；
- System integration and system verification & validation;
系统集成、系统测试与验证；
- System release, check the fulfillment of system requirement and write product technical documents;
系统发布,检查需要需求满足程度，编写产品技术资料；
- System quality engineering, incl. quality tools like SFMEA, 8D/9D etc;
系统质量工程，包括SFMEA，8D/9D等；
- Project system interface to customer, responsible for customer technical documents, customer technical support & customer relationship maintain;
系统客户接口人，准备客户技术资料、支持客户技术问题解决，提升客户满意度；
- System development planning & monitoring, regularly report to group leader & manager;
系统开发计划与进度跟踪，并汇报给上级经理；
- Follow company R&D development process & support related colleagues;
公司研发流程遵循，支持其他部门开发工作推进；
- New customer project acquisition (system solution, requirements analysis, technical quotation etc.).
新的客户项目获取 (系统方案、需求分析、技术报价等)。
Requirements任职要求：
-Master degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related area;
电力电子，电气工程及其自动化等专业，硕士及以上学历；
-Familiar with the basics of power electronics ( Inverter/Converter/Charger) and understanding the basic topology;
熟悉电力电子基本知识(逆变器/变换器/充电机)，了解基本拓扑结构；
- Hands-on experience of power electronics product development;
具有电力电子产品开发经验；
- Experiences of xHEV related project or vehicle control strategy are preferred;
具有新能源汽车相关项目经验或新能源整车控制策略者优先；
-Good communication, teamwork and English skills, knowledge of automotive electronics products development or V- model development process is preferred.
良好的沟通,团队合作及英语水平, 具有汽车电子产品开发及V型开发流程的经验者优先。
