Job Summary:


The Safety&Security Officer/FM Coordinator performs a variety of services to maintain the safety and security of employees and their working environment.

Key Responsibilities:


? Provide building and premises security.
? Provide effective access and egress control.
? Observe, correct and report fire and safety hazards.
? Promote safety to prevent accidents.
? Recruit, train and coordinate Accenture Workplace Solutions team and Security Guards.
? Perform internal and external audits on Safe & Security related

? Maintain and monitor electronic security / fire fighting systems.
? Monitor the office facilities with good condition without any impact to daily operation
? Providing a variety of services according to the current office service delivery model and operating guidelines
? Evaluating systems and policies; initiating change when necessary
? Ensuring preventive maintenance administration where appropriate
? Acting as the main point of contact for the landlord or external providers, coordinating all works carried out in the ground and maintenance of the building


Qualifications:

Work Experience: 3+ years related working experience in Service Industry

Work Requirements: Requires thorough knowledge of policies, procedure and structure of area(s) of responsibility. Requires the use of initiative and independent judgment.
