职位描述：
Accounts Receivable Support
(based in Shanghai, PRC)

Responsibilities:
Process payments received and post payments accurately to customer accounts
Review branch and customer issues
Prepare credit and debit memos to balance customer checks for proper application
Process deposit checks received regularly
Apply credits, debits and invoices upon request by the Credit Manager or Customer
Issue debit memos on unearned and unauthorized discounts
Review aged trial balances bi-monthly to clear invoices, debits and credits regularly
Print Cash Apply Reports or remittance detail as needed
Verify customer that remits correct amount as per invoice
Issue refund check request from the Credit Manager or Supervisor or customer
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
Minimum "O" level with at least two years’ accounts receivable experience
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Able to read or write English
Able to work well under pressure and meet specified deadlines.
Works in Shanghai WaiGaoQiao Free Trade Zone
