职位描述：
General Purpose of the Position:
-Responsible for the maintenance, repairing and continuous improvement of production equipment and to ensure its normal, reliable running.

Major Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for Production line in site maintenance and support.
-Compile spare parts list and review according to equipment management procedure.
-Implement Maintenance KPI achievement (breakdown time & MTTR & MTBF)
-Be responsible for new machines installation, commissioning and acceptance track.
-Compile and review the relevant maintenance documents for production machine, such as equipment point check list, preventive maintenance list, etc.
-Implement Equipment TPM and contingency plan.
-Analyze cause of equipment downtime and figure out action plan to reduce downtime.
-Provide technical training and support to all maintenance technicians, improve their capability of trouble shooting.
-Attend daily fast response meeting and issue track.
-Implement correction action for nonconforming findings of inner & external audit.
-Tracks and handles major hazards of equipment.
-Be responsible for all safety related for maintenance.
-Completes other work assigned by supervisor.

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
-College or above degree with major in Electrical related is required.
-At least 3 years’ experience on production line electrical maintenance.
-Familiar with electrical failure analysis and problem solving.
-Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, Lubrication, PLC, NC, control motor and sensors.
-Experience in AB PLC, HMI is preferred
-Strong ability of communication, coordination and organization and able to work under pressure.
-Proficient in MS Office.
