职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Reporting to Vice President of Marketing, is responsible to drive Passive and Discrete Products sales to in China Automotive Market
? Develop sales strategy for assigned Vertical Market segment to achieve the company goals
? Understand market trend and define market opportunities
? Promote and gain key suppliers support for the vertical market segment or specific applications
? Work with Sales team and FAE team to achieve sales and demand creation goals
? Facilitate training programs in the territory branch sales offices to educate the personnel on specific details concerning targeted customers and/or on products for the segment market
? Strategize with company management on large customer quotes to negotiate price and delivery terms to offer the best deal for the customer and win the business
? Maintain and establish good relationship with Suppliers and Customers
 
Requirements:
? A bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent with minimum of 5 years’ experience in China automotive segment
? Having sales or marketing experience in Discrete, Passive, or Circuit Protection products is a must
? With knowledge and understanding of engineering, sales, operations, systems, vendors, product and branch operations
? Exhibit excellent analytical, communications, problem solving and negotiation skills
? Proficient in both English and Chinese
