Role and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day activities of VAS business as defined in the function below:
? The person will have approx. 15 direct reports and will manage a team size of approx. 15 employees
? Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
? Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
? Responsible for development of team skills and productivity
? Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
? Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
? Markets products by studying advertising, to be a part of the centers sales promotion, and display plans;
? Secures products by implementing security systems and measures.
? Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
? Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
? Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Essential Functions:
? Billing the transaction
? Cash tally at the end of each day
? Complete the current status & profile filled in by direct sales consultants and provide information on those basis
? Upselling-Engage the customer further in the offerings
? Stock Management: Coordinate with Back Office staff to replenish stock
? Managing sales staff
Metrics & Organization Management:
Performance Metrics:
? Cash Management Metrics
? Processing Time Metrics
? Customer satisfaction metrics
? SOPs
? Up sell Metrics
OM & Reporting:
? Reports to the VAS Manager or directly to the Unit Manager
? The person will have approx. 15 direct reports and will manage a team size of approx. 15 employees
Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:
? Pre University or Above with 2 year & above in a Supervisory role - experience in Sales background
? Proficient in use of computers – MS Office specifically.
