Sales Strategic Manager at Springlish China

Springlish is seeking an experienced Sales Strategic Manager to manage and maintain strategic relationships and open new door for Springlish with companies, private schools, and universities. This role will oversee our key partners in these spaces, ensuring that these relationships meet the strategic objectives of partners and Springlish and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in China.

The new Sales Strategic Manager is the face of Springlish in China to our clients and external relations.

 Responsibilities
？Manage the strategy, implementation and optimization of Springlish’s strategic partnerships, including universities and schools;
？Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships;
？Become the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with Springlish’s key partners in these spaces;
？Proactively resolve business issues with our customers;
？Be an internal advocate for the customers and partners;
？Build and manage scalable partner programs to drive broad adoption of Springlish.

Requirements
？Native Chinese speaker
？BA/BS /MA degree preferred MBA with outstanding academic performance;
？5+ years’ experience, in business development preferred in the education industry;
？Experience working within an international team
？Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for Springlish;
？Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans;
？Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally;
？Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment;
？Willingness to travel domestic and international.
