一、基本资质:Basic quality
1、全日制大学本科以上学历,国际贸易或物流等相关专业;
Bachelor degree or above, international trade or logistic background;
2、良好的英语听、说、读、写能力,熟练操作常用办公软件。
Good command of English listening, reading, speaking and writing, skilled in MS office software;
二、知识、技能和能力资质:skills and capabilities
1、2年以上进、出口贸易实际操作经验,熟悉进、出口流程;熟悉各种贸易单证的制作和办理,如装箱单、发票、提单、产地证等一系列外贸业务单证,确保单据的准确性和完整性;
Import and export trade actual operating experience of the familiar into the export process more than 2 years; familiar with the production and processing of a variety of trade documents, such as packing slips, invoices, bills of lading, certificate of foreign trade business documents, ensure that the documents accuracy and completeness;
2、较强的商业意识和谈判技巧,开拓能力强,能利用网络平台等,有效寻找供应商信息;
Strong commercial awareness, skilled in negotiation, business open up, effectively look for suppliers through various channels, establish and perfect the supplier database;
3、有着良好的语言沟通技巧和应变能力,具备独立处理事务与应变突发状况的能力,能承受较大的工作压力;
Good analytical, problem-solving, organization and coordination skills, adept at handling unexpected emergency, be willing to work under pressure
4、诚实正直,良好的道德与职业操守。
Honesty, integrity, good moral and professional ethic.
5、懂机械图纸者优先。
Give priority to whom can read mechanical drawings.
二、岗位职责:Responsibility
1、负责各种进出口单证的制作、贸易和报关、报关流程的执行和跟踪操作,控制整个流程并能汇报或解决执行过程中出现的问题;跟踪货物动态并完善相关货物跟踪表
Handle all kinds of import and export trade documents. Implement and trace the customs clearance. Control the whole process and request to report or solve the problems happened in the process; Tracking cargo and fill in some relevant forms.
2、协助上级完成进出口业务操作的基本程序和环节,包括缮制合同和相关单据、跟踪合同执行、安排商检、报关、装箱,保险、单证等等,跟踪结汇。
Assist superior finish import and export business processes, including make out contracts and related documents, tracking contract execution, arrange the commodity inspection, customs declaration, packing, insurance, documents and payments etc.,
3、建立客户档案并保存各种原始报关单证、票据、函电等业务资料,并负责归档。
Build customer file and keep all kinds of original customs clearance documents, bills, correspondence or other business materials.
4、负责跟工厂联系,了解生产进度,及时反映生产进展及协调、处理生产中出现的问题
Contact with the supplier factory, follow-up or report the production progress timely. Report or solve the problems happened during production progress and communication.
5、完成领导交办的其他事务性工作。
