职位描述：
岗位职责及工作标准
协助完成工艺工装设计概念确认及相关标准的建立：协助工程师完成后序工艺工装的设计与确认，参与3D和2D标准库建立，模具概念的确认；
协助完成工装制作供应商选点：协助工程师与工装制作供应商进行技术以及供应商能力确认和选点；
协助完成组织新产品试制，新工艺、新工装、新模具的验收、确认、调试：协助工程师组织对供应商加工的新模具、新工装的验收工作，并出具验收报告；新工艺、新工装、新模具的调试和确认，并改进；
协助完成相关技术资料的编写：协助工程师按照新项目矩阵图组织工艺及过程流程图、PFMEA、CP，以及PPAP资料准备等；
协助完成后序工艺改进：协助工程师响应、分析工厂工艺及设备问题，提出解决方案；持续改进工艺，提高生产效益，降低生产成本；
参与项目团队工作：协助工程师组织参与试生产模型设计、记录与报告，解决相关问题；提供工艺工装相关的报价信息；
配合项目团队解决项目问题；
完成领导临时交代的工作。

任职资格
最低学历要求：机械类、化工类类专业，本科及本科以上学历
专业知识要求：产品、行业的相关知识，了解TS16949，了解APQP，PPAP流程
英语要求：英语听说读写熟练(CET4)
计算机知识要求：熟练使用2D、3D等相关软件，熟悉办公软件基本操作

SaarGummi YuJin (ChongQing) Rubber&Plastic Co. Ltd. located in Chongqing Hechuan District, is one of SaarGummi Group manufacturing plants in China. It covers an area of 290 acres, contains 14 production lines with various types of more than 300 equipments, and employs more than 750 employees.
