1． 全面负责招聘和人员录用管理、 薪酬、社保、员工关系、培训；
2． 建立并拓展有效的招聘渠道，建立人才储备库
3． 按计划组织招聘实施：选择渠道、发布信息；组织候选人测评选拔；
4． 负责离职人员的离职面谈，并提供流失分析报告
5． 根据公司企业文化建设纲要、制定企业文化建设规划
6． 组织与外部企业的文化交流活动
7． 负责行政、信息化管理制度的建设和完善
8． 负责公司各类文件的拟制、审核、行文、机要流转、文件登记、处理、存档和上呈及下发等工作流程的建立及执行监管，保证行政效率
9． 负责公司会务接待及会务管理，以及各类会议的筹备和组织工作
10． 负责公司资产管理

重庆熙妮服饰有限公司成立于中国重庆市合川区，是一家中德合资企业，是重庆市合川区政府、区工业园区管委会重点招商引资项目，拥有强大的资金实力、订单保障、政策支持和发展前景。拥有先进的服装生产加工硬件设施及软件实力，目前拥有自动吊挂系统生产线、全自动裁剪机、气浮式裁床、全自动拉布机、厂区环保空调系统等最新型制衣及辅助设备，厂房面积超5000平方米。计划2017年完成与德国LIDL/DISTRA集团合作成立中国西南订单中心、三年内建成10栋同规模工厂，出口营业规模将超10亿美元。

The factory building area is more than 5000 square meters. Plan to complete to set up a Order distribution centre of southwest china, which cooperated with Germany LIDL/DISTRA group. Meanwhile 10 building with the same size of Cheri garment will be equip within the next three years, at the time the export business scale will exceed 1 billion US dollars.
