职位描述：
Main Tasks:
- Developing and building EHS programs, instilling EHS as an organizational value, working with government agencies on EHS permits/license, driving safety culture based programs in support of site safety vision, which is to create an Injury Free Environment.
- Ensuring compliance to AT&S EHS standards and local regulatory requirements in 2 ramping factories. Be responsible for EHS permit/license which included but not limited to SIA, special equipment, HPM, OSHAS18001, EICC, security etc. Approval, checking and preparation of design/engineering documentation.
- Acting as the company liaison with State and Provincial/Local level agencies and authorities to ensure the code and regulation changes are followed and addressed properly.
- Working with business unit to build strong government relationship to ensuring the smooth site operation. Work with incident owner to investigate safety accidents to minimize recurrence and ensure site is trending healthy.
- Support site ERT activities, Managing the site emergency readiness/response capability and daily operation.
- Support the business units on risk identification and providing technical advice on limiting the risk to acceptable level.
- Assist in the execution of site safety audits and assessments, identify/analyze trends across the site, communicate safety/security/ERT performance internal/external, resolve safety issues/concerns and ensure solutions are implemented at site, while maintaining full compliance with applicable local laws.
- Responsible for the setup and sustaining of the site Safety/ERT program, set a benchmark in site Safety culture.
- Technically reporting to the EHS supervisor for safety/ERT/Security control issues.
- Perform Safety/ERT/Security/EICC inspections and audits.
- Conducts/coordinates safety and ERT training to educate employees/contractor workers about safety policies, laws, and practices.
- Contribute for safety/Security goals / management program.
- Other duties assigned by EHS manager.

Requirements:
- A degree in environmental, health, safety, chemistry or related
- Fluent written and oral English
- Basic Computer skills (MS office)
- Good communication skills
