职位描述：
Suppliers’ Advanced Preparation Tracking供应商先期准备跟踪
Prepares PPHR (Chinese).
准备PPHR（Past Problem History Roadmap）。
Prepares and involves in new program supplier launch meeting.
准备并参与新项目供应商启动会议。
Sets APQP time schedule, tracks and coordinates with all part suppliers, according to detailed development requirements of responsible program, to ensure the completion of new program.
根据所负责项目的具体开发要求，与各供应商建立零部件APQP时间进度表，并进行跟踪和协调，确保项目的完成。
Ensures responsible suppliers in all phases submit documents(OTS, PPAP) and samples per request.
保证各阶段所负责的供应商按要求提交(OTS、PPAP)文件资料和样件。
Internal Quality Documentation内部质量文件
Prepares controls plan of all phases in new product development, MSA, appearance handbook, and PPAP.
准备新产品各个阶段的控制计划、MSA、外观手册、PPAP。
Ensures responsible suppliers in all phases submit documents(OTS, PPAP) and samples per request.
保证各阶段所负责的供应商按要求提交(OTS、PPAP)文件资料和样件。
Collecting quality issues on every build and analysis it, until close it.
负责各制造节点问题的收集和分析，并关闭问题。
Inspection Tool Definition检具定义
Defines the requirements of inspection tools with advance manufacture engineer, and tests inspection tools, communicates with customer to ensure OTS, PPAP sample and documents submitted meet customer requirements.
和先期制造工程师一起定义检具的要求，并对检具进行验证与客户沟通确保向客户提交的OTS、PPAP样品及文件满足要求。
Gage Plan检具策划
Understands relevant customer standard, and completes gage plan.
充分理解相关客户标准，评审并确定新项目检具方案，为量产项目的检具维护和更改提供技术支持。
Gage Documentations检具设计和制作流程
制定相应的检具设计和制作程序，并培训供应商严格按要求进行设计。
Gage Documentations检具验收及文档归档
Be responsible for gage, making gage record and document filing
负责检具验收及终验收并将确认相关检具资料及归档保存
Completes working instruction of gage and training operator
建立检具的工作指导书并培训检验员。
Continuous Improvement持续改进
Improves Advanced Quality Engineering function competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes.
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高前期质量的竞争力和客户满意度。

岗位要求
1、Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.
     本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。
2、0 – 2 years work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience preferred.
      0 – 2年质量工作经验，汽车行业优先。
3、IATF16949
      Quality tools APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA.
      质量工具 APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA。
       Quality System Audit.
       质量系统审计。
       Program management related knowledge.
       相关质量管理知识。
