1. Run material requirement planning, operate related transaction in SAP MM model.
2. Maintain supplier and materials related master data in SAP. Setup and update related parameter in systems regularly.
3. Work close with production planner, according MPS to release delivery-order/purchase-order to the suppliers by week. Track the confirmation and shipment. Expedite/de-expedite orders, to cope with the changes of production schedule and the customer requirement. Support assessing the sales order with respect to material availability.
4. Contact window of supplier, monitor and report supplier delivery performance, take pro-active steps to ensure on time delivery. Manage supplier pull system when possible. Support lean principles logistics improvement idea.
5. Work close with global vendor schedule team, share related data, communicate global supply status. Support improvement project.
6. Control materials inventory, speed inventory turnover to meet AOP target. Manage materials E&O review, focus on aging materials, engineering changes, material end of production, ensure no obsolete stock.
7. Coordinate with new programs introduction, ensure materials supply phase in smoothly.
8. Work together with warehouse on materials status review and check accurate usage of production to prevent production shut down.
9. Continuous improvement on daily work
10. Related task arranged by leader

Qualifications/职位要求:
1. At least 3 years supply chain working experience, 2 years logistics engineering working experience.
2. Experience with wholly owned foreign enterprise. Automotive industry experience is plus.
3. College above. Industry engineering, logistics engineering Major is prefered

Skills/技能:
1. Be familiar with MM module in ERP system, SAP experience will be preferred
2. Good English skills. Both written and oral.
3. Good team work and communication skills.
4. Microsoft office skills. Data analysis and mining sense.
