Major responsibilities:
·Reporting Budget control and analysis, includes annual budget, rolling forecast, variance analysis and remedial action proposal, business analysis and advice.
·Hand-on experiences on full spectrum of accounting operations, include but not limited to general entry posting, monthly/yearly financial close and reporting, consolidation, compliant with PRC GAAP and IAS/IFRS.
·Experiences and good usage on ERP Finance modules.
·Monthly/quarterly/yearly tax filing and related tax matters, regular government reports, annual statutory audit.
·Internal control and finance policies/procedures improvement
·Credit and collection control, AR/AP, payment review, Cash flow management
·Maintain effective communication with auditors, government Bureau, tax authorities and bankers, etc.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, fluent in both spoken and written English
2. Around 8~10 years professional financial experiences in multinational company
3. Must have 3yr+ similar position experience and strong reporting experience
4. Good knowledge of ERP systems and office software
5. Team player, good communication skills
