职位描述：
工作概述Summary of the job:
负责建立和维护工厂内部的质量体系、程序文件、质量和生产记录。通过对过程和产品审核已经有效的问题分析方法以确保和客户及供应商之间有效的沟通和问题的遏制及分析解决。
Be responsible for setup and maintain the plant quality system, procedures and record of quality and production. Well communicate with customer and supplier for quality issues containment control and detail analysis by Product & process audit and effective problem analysis tools.

主要工作职责Essential duties and responsibilities:
根据公司年度质量目标，制定本部门年度工作计划和年度成本预算已经部门人员的年度指标，并组织实施计划达成目标；
According to annual quality target of company, make annual work plan and cost budget of Quality department， organize and implement planning to reach the target. Setup the target of quality department employee and review on time for target achieving.
负责组织制定和完善各项质量标准，质量管理文件和规则制度，并贯彻实施；
In charge of organizing, making and implementing all items of quality standard, quality management documents and regulations, and implementing
负责组织对原材料，外委件，外购件等入厂检验工作，督促供应商完成质量整改工作；负责在制品等过程质量控制及成品出厂质量检验工作；
In charge of organizing entry check of raw material, outsourcing and bought-in components ; supervising suppliers to finish quality correction ; take responsibility of processing quality control of in-process product and quality check of finished goods
负责处理客户抱怨，组织团队对质量事故进行分析并制定纠正和预防措施，完成跟踪验证工作；提交8D报告等各类质量事故处理文件；
In charge of handling client complaint ; organizing quality team to analyze, correct and make preventive measure of quality accident ; following validation works and putting forward all solution document of quality accident such as 8d report
负责公司各类计量器具的计量，校正工作，以及检具，检测设备，检测装置等的有效性复检工作；
In charge of measure and regulation of all measuring instrument ;and the re-examination of effectiveness of the gauge, equipment and systems
组织开展公司过程审核和产品审核，确保达成质量目标；
Organize to launch processing audit and product audit to make sure reaching quality target
负责公司TS16949 & IS14000质量体系的建立和有效正常地运行以及年检换证工作，保证体系的外审顺利通过；负责组织公司质量体系内审并落实整改措施；
In charge of establish, operation and annual inspection of company TS16949 & ISO14000 to make sure a smooth pass of outer audit on company system ; take responsibility of organization of inner audit, implementing and correction
确保本部门的工作符合健康，安全及环境管理要求。
Ensure department working is under the EHS requirement.

任职资格Qualification：
大学本科及以上学历，质量管理、企业管理、机械制造类相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, related to quality management，factory management or mechanical specialty related;
熟悉APQP,PPAP,MSA, SPC, FMEA以及其他相关的质量管理工具（如鱼骨图，G8D等）
Familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and relative quality tools (Fish bone chart, G8D,etc.)
具有较强的分析，解决问题的能力；
Has strong analysis, problem solving skills
具有较强的领导能力和决策能力，良好的部门沟通和协调能力；
Has strong leadership and decision-making ability, good communication and coordination ability with other Departments
精通不合格品管理和客户抱怨处理；
Master Nonconformity control and deal with customer complaints.
熟悉TS16949质量管理体系和ISO14001环境管理体系。
Well knowTS16949 Quality Management System and ISO14000 Environment management system ;
