Major duties:
1.Inbound Business Development
? Lead to implement new business, engage bid/pricing/solution to offer customize, tailor-made solutions
? Summarize and provide customer required information to customer service to draft the SOP
? Take leadership of the RFQ/RFI for assigned accounts
? Dig out business opportunity within existing customer portfolio to win new business
? Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and hunt for new business
? Maintain and grow existing business through service & customer relationship maintenance and management
? Work with Sales leader to achieve better cost & work with customer for pricing negotiation in order to improve yield for the business
? Regular service review with customers, work with customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and limit the number of complaints"
2.Communication Smooth
? To organize and join the business review meeting with customer to checking and enhance the Inbound business
? Work with Legal/Compliance/Finance&Tax/Customer Service and Operation team to provide the constructive advising to customer, build and maintain close customer relationships
? Attend internal or external workshop and conference regardless of time different as required by assignments
? Pro-actively send out or follow up sales lead to work with other department colleague for summarize new business opportunity"
3.Finance Efficiency
? Through the bid and negotiation to ensure Inbound business with a reasonable profit and credit period
? Responsible for the business contract drafting/negotiate/amendment contract management work
? Control Account Receivable account as per company requirements and work with customer service team to solve billing issues"
4.Self-development
? Ever eager to learn supply chain knowledge either internal (to Walmart) or external
? Develop balanced supply chain problem solving methodology by taking into consideration both cost and service
? Gain good perspective of Walmart operation by building comprehensive knowledge and process flow in replenishment, inventory management, logistics, etc.
? Visit supplier ship point and plants to learn supplier shipping processes and best practices
? Develop own soft and hard skills to prepare self for future leadership positions, supply chain or otherwise."

Qualifications:
?Bachelor’s Degree with a Discipline in Logistics, Business or Project Management.
?Minimum 2-3 years logistic industry experience, 2+ year sales or key account manager experiences in multi-national logistic company. With experience and knowledge of Contract logistics & Freight forwarding is preferred.
?Ability to maintain an effective performance and continue exercise sound decision-making skills in face of conflicting and stressful demands
?Good communication skills, ability to expresses ideas clearly and succinctly both verbally and writing, willing participates, listens and seek advises of others, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and clients
?Ability to anticipate and identify customer’s need, expectation and effectively meet customer needs to ensure quality customer service
?Good decision and problem solving skills, ability to analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution, identifies and responds to changing needs of the customers. Ability to think and respond quickly to sales and service issues
?Demonstrates a clear understanding of expected outcomes, delivers a timely manner, seek assistant when necessary, and accepts responsibility of results
?Good adaptability reacts and adjusts positively to various work situations and a flexible approach to resolving challenges
?Must read, write and communicate in Mandarin & English. Ability to communicate and interact with people from diverse background
?Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
?Professional selling skills
Travel domestically to visit customer when required.
