职位描述：
职责描述：
1、 负责外贸合同的审核及采购合同的签订；
Examine and verify sales contract and sign purchase order.
2、 负责全套出口单证的制作及审核，跟踪交单和单据结算等过程，确保单证的质量。
3、 Responsible for issuing, auditing, delivering and tracking full set of export documents, and ensuring documents acceptance.
4、 负责供应商的管理和关系维护
Manage and maintain good relationship with suppliers
5、 负责合同的管理与统计工作，配合财务完成付款和收款的相关工作。
Manage and do tatistics job on contracts, cooperate with financial department for payment on paying, receiving and other related job.

任职资格：Qualification:
1、 大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业，英语要求CET-6及以上。
College or above, majored in international trade, business English or related. English requirement is CET - 6 or above.
2、 2年以上贸易单证相关领域工作经验、有外企相关工作经历者优先考虑；
3、 More than 2 years working experience in international documents or relevant area. People has related foreign company working experience is preferred
4、 熟悉外贸单证操作流程，熟悉信用证及相关知识，有一定财务基础知识者优先考虑；
Familiar with operation process of foreign trade, L/C and related knowledge, has basic financial knowledge is preferred.
5、 熟练的英文口头及书面表达技巧，熟练操作常用办公软件；
Proficient oral and written English communication skills, familiar with common office software
6、 工作作风细致、严谨，有较强的工作热情和责任感。
With meticulous and rigorous working style, has strong working enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.
