Job Purpose
To be responsible for all eCommerce merchandising planning and allocation for our Online Stores (including marketplaces like Tmall and JD,brand site) with a good understanding of the dynamics of e-commerce and the peculiarities of online consumer behavior.
Scope
KPI: Product productivity, sell through and inventory days
? By channel bottom up buy (Seasonal)
? Site Merchandising based on product Plan & Performance and platform campaign calendars
? Product performance analysis and review
? Competitors’ product analysis
? Product content production (Navigation, etc)
Key Responsibilities
Product Allocation
? Seasonal buying
? Initial allocation based on channel segmentation.
?
In -Season Trading:
? Review product performance during season; provide input to Planning and Forecasting
? Inventory management
? Pricing and promotion tracking
? Demand and supply adjustments at channel level
? Merchandising Sourcing for special channels & events ; Bulk Purchase Handling & Processing
? Provide product knowledge and insights for agent associate training
? Aligns and works closely with planning team, merchandising team and operation team.
Replenishment
? Manage replenishment based on off-take at stores
? Sets business rules of safety stock levels and replenishment cycle by store, by gender-category
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above
Attributes: Should be passionate for digital & ecommerce campaigns, strong industry analysis skill & fashion sense
Experience:
? Minimum 5 years solid experiences in apparel merchandising planning
? Experience in building both brand and sales in well-known branding company
? Tmall/JD Experience will be a strong plus
? Strong analytical thinking, great attention to details and strong customer-centric mindset
? Fluent in oral and written English
? Proven vendors management & internal team management capabilities.

? Good Communicator: great persuasion power and ability to make things happen, through good communication skills
