Job Responsibilities 主要工作职责

- Invent and develop new product on unsaturated polyester resins and formulations.

- Support and optimize the new resin transfer to resin plant.

- Develop and assure the test methods of raw materials and products in the lab and the production.

- Analyze and support the resin production issue.



Job Requirements 职位要求

- Doctor’s degree majored in Polymer Science.

- Strong knowledge in polymer chemistry and synthesis. Must have a track record of successful commercialization of new products starting at a lab scale and following through to full manufacturing. Project management skills; Design of Experiment; Data analysis ability; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and have a passion for success. Initiative and willing to learn new knowledge.
