Main Responsabilities Required
AP
Daily:
Purchase invoice posting with 3-way match: PO ; Invoice ; Goods Receiving Note ('GRN') / Service Acceptance Form / Capex &Tooling Acceptance Form
DB factoring uploading
Monthly:
Follow up vendor deduction per management decision
Follow up advance payment to make sure long aging items with necessary supporting
Follow up Goods in transit to make sure long aging items with reasonable cause
Prepare and get management approval for Monthly Due Pay list
Closing and prepare AP aging report, GR/IR report
Vendor Reconciliation include invoiced AP on monthly basis and GR/IR on quarterly basis
Annually:
Support annual Budget and monthly forecast for AP with finance manager
AR
Quantity:
Follow up the monthly delivery reconciliation between Customer and Nemak, and also include SAP and PCL reconciliation
Price:
Tracking SAP billing price, invoicing price, and contract price and follow up any updates
Tracking Customer LTA and make proper Accounting treatment accordingly
Sales & AR:
Daily and monthly sales billing, invoicing, goods return and other DN/CN with customers
Supporting money collection from customers
Monthly closing related work
System related:
Prepare and analyze AR aging report by product
Support annual Budget for AR & sales, and monthly forecast with finance manager
Related BS accounts reconciliation and fluctuation analysis
Internal Control
Support internal(ALFA) & external accounting audit.
SOX implementation-AP, AR & Sales
Support on AP internal process improvement and optimization
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree major in accounting
2. 3-5 years related working experience in AR/AP
3. Familiar with Excel and SAP AR/AP Module
4. Good skill of communication
5. Good team member
