职位描述：
1.Organize, lead and motivate the project team.
2.Translate customer requirements into wbs, follow up and ensure milestones and requirements are satisfied.
3.Manage the project planning and, in event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions with the teams.
4.Take part and conduct meetings presentations with clients.
5.Manage customer audits and internal assessments.
6.Manage customer communication portals.
7.Manage change requests and change logs
8.Manage project documents, agreements and contracts with customers.
9.Manage the risk assessment
Requirements:
1.University degree or above,major in engineering with min. 2 years' experience as Project Manager in Automotive industries or equivalent management role.
2.Good knowledge of PFMEA, APQP, Microsoft Office package
3.Project management methodology applied to all the project phases.
4.Knowledge of continuous improvements, 5S
5.Understand technical drawings
6.Knowledge of Supplier management,Quality management
7.Manage related KPIs
8.Advanced knowledge of English, Italian as a plus. Basic knowledge in industrial process, casting process. Negotiation skills.
9.Project management methodology applied to all the project phases.
10.Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and other VDA standards as a plus
