职位描述：
Basic Requirements :
a) Must have engineering and manufacturing or Tool & Die Maker degree or equivalent experience/ background.
b) Minimum 5 years related experience in MIG/ Robotic welding, stamping, assembly and fixture design. Lean manufacturing and process development is an asset.
c) Must be able to read and fully interpret Engineering Drawings (GD&T) and Standards.
d) Intermediate computer skills in Spreadsheets, Word processing, Microsoft Project, Internet,
e) Flowcharts, and an understanding of Databases, MRP and CAD, software.
f) Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to effectively interact with outside customers, suppliers, and all levels of employees and management internally.
g) Knowledge of PLC, electrical systems, pneumatic components , solenoid valves, and mechanical drive systems, hydraulic systems
h) Knowledge of the APQP\ PPAP\ FMEA\ Poka Yoke, to master relevant process development or project management knowledge.
i) Familiar with TS16949/ISO14001 system and related requirements.
j) Strong problem solving skills and teamwork spirit
k) Good ability to listen, read, write and speak English.

Key Responsibilities :
a) Champion the process flow design and development, equipment specification and cost assessment, create layout, analysis capacity etc.
b) Develop and co-ordinate plant and equipment layout improvements, process improvements, die change and first off improvements.
c) Co-ordinate and follow up on the smooth introduction of new product to the company assist in selecting appropriate suppliers for subcontracted operations.
d) Advise Management of any potential problems and opportunities for improvement.
e) Work in compliance with ISO 14001 / TS16949 standards.
f) Participates in the engineering change (DPCRF) process by designing / updating Process Failure Mode Effects Analyses (PFMEAs) as needed, reviewing all operators instructions, ensuring assembly equipment readiness, packaging requirements are met, and all other Manufacturing Engineering tasks are completed on the ECL Checklist before the change effective date.
g) Maintains regular daily presence on the production floor and provides engineering support to assembly in areas of safety, ergonomic evaluations, methods improvement, procurement and fabrication of necessary equipment to improve/complete any required process additions and/or alterations, and responding to their concerns/suggestions.
h) Consider all aspects of industrial plant engineering when designing and/or implementing process changes.
i) Research, investigate and report manufacturing problems/concerns for improvement of overall plant productivity including process cost reductions, monitoring and devising / implementing corrective actions to minimize process downtimes and rejects.
j) Help provide new project equipment and production man-hour offer.
k) Choose qualified equipment suppliers, potential suppliers’ evaluation and position.
l) Manages and follows up on all new program machine testing (internal & external).
m) Responsible for specification and sourcing of machine contracts for program.
n) After equipment installation debugging, training operator and maintenance personnel.
o) Control process change and relevant documents of update.
p) Adopt, practice, support and encourage KAIZEN and GEAR activities.
q) Work in a safe and efficient manner.
r) Assist in developing and maintaining standard costs for all products.
