职位描述：
1.帮助和支持团队解决质量问题 （废料，组装等......），分析数据和制定恢复计划
Helps and supports Team Expert to face problems concerning quality matters (scraps, assy, pulls, etc…), Data Analysis and drawing up Recovery Plans
2.保证生产产量和质量标准之间的一致性
Guarantees coherence between ETU’s production outputs and Quality Standards
3.执行质量标准
Executes first level diagnosis
4.确保应用程序的过程控制方法 (SPC)的实施
Guarantees the right application of process control methods (SPC, for example.)
5.管理并反馈各项质量活动的正确执行，监测相关指标，实施必要的行动计划
Manages the right execution of feedback activities and the monitoring of the related Indicators, implementing the necessary Action Plan
6.主导工厂质量部的相关审核
Leader of Process Audit
7.控制过程质量目标以确保 FTQ 和废料的目标达成
Process quality control in order to reach the FTQ and Scrap target
8.完成WCM审核活动
WCM activities
9.核查主要发动机的质量问题
Master engine review
10.CRF/CID的实施追踪
CRF/CID implementation tracking
11.发动机零部件的装配测试

SAIC Fiat Powertrain HongYan Co. Ltd. is a joint venture enterprise established by three parties of SAIC-IVECO Commercial Vehicle Investment Co. Ltd. , Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 2007 and locates in CETZ, Chongqing .

The business of joint venture will be to design, develop, assemble and produce the engines and their parts and components, and supply spare parts and related after-sale services.
