Job Describe 岗位职责：
Comply with IAC internal regulations and policies strictly.
在工作中严格执行埃驰公司的规章制度
Ensure production and down rate standards保证生产和停机率达标：
Organize and guide the regional equipment repair fast, statistics and understanding of factory equipment failure rate, complete analysis of the rectification report.
能快速组织和指导本区域的设备维修，统计和掌握工厂设备故障率，做好分析整改报告
Maintenance cost control维修成本控制：
Responsible for annual Maintenance cost budget, and can be completed.
编制本区域的年度维修预算， 并能完成
Maintenance spare parts system维护备件系统：
Responsible for formulating regional equipment spare parts list, decrease the cost of spare parts factory.
负责设备的备件清单，合理配置以降低工厂备件成本
Ensure the effective implementation of TPM 保证TPM的有效实施：
Responsible for monthly equipment failure report, TPM completion rate, major failure analysis
每月统计TPM完成率、重大故障分析
According to the statistical analysis, update the TPM, the maintenance and improvement of the mechanical, electrical, and mechanical equipment of the regional equipment, reduce the machine downtime, so as to improve the utilization rate of the equipment.
根据统计分析，更新责任区域设备的TPM、并对设备的机械、电气及工装方面的维护和改进,降低机器的停机率,从而真正提升设备的利用率
Supplier management供应商管理：
Organize and filter the high quality maintenance supplier, ensure the cooperation is clean, efficient and economical.
整理和筛选高质量的维修供应商，保证合作廉洁、高效和节约
Document management文档管理：
Responsible for equipment record.
记录责任区域设备的履历
Responsible for prepare the visual switch machine operation instruction book, TMP standard operation instruction, writing the power lock operation instruction, responsible for the technical requirements of regional equipment maintenance technical requirements specification, the preparation of monthly and annual maintenance plan for the area.
写责任区域设备的可视化开关机作业指导书、TMP标准作业指导书、编写区域设备的能源动力上锁作业指导书、负责区域设备的维修技术要求规范、编写负责区域设备的月度、年度保养计划
Training培训：
Responsible for training materials, training plan, and organize training the maintenance personnel.
编写区域设备的培训材料、培训计划、并组织培训维修人员
Inter-department cooperation跨部门合作：
Responsible for the continuous improvement activities of regional equipment and encourage innovative products, services, solutions and processes to improve the competitiveness of the equipment sector and customer satisfaction
负责区域设备的持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高设备部门的竞争力和客户满意度

Job Requirement任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, electronic, mechanical and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering is preferred
本科以上或有同等的学历，以电气、电子、机电、机械工程专业优先
2.More than 5 years of continuous production factory repair work experience, have working experience in automotive interior systems or management experience.
有5年以上连续生产的工厂的维修工作经验，有汽车内饰系统工作经验或管理经验者尤佳
3.Understand and can to PLC programming, the use of mechanical hand programming
了解并能进行PLC编程、机械手运用编程
4.Familiar with the servo, frequency conversion technology, understanding the factory power distribution, can analyze the analog electronic circuit and be able to fully understand the industrial hydraulic, pneumatic and control system
熟悉伺服、变频技术，了解工厂配电，能够分析模拟电子电路并能够全面了解工业液压、气动和控制系统
5.Relevant experience with PM &TPM
具有PM & TPM的相关经验
6.English fluent ;Chinese fluent
英语流利; 中文流利
7.Good integrity, honest and good communication skill

8.Can work in high pressure
