职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Receive visitors/customers in the office in a proper manner and in charge of visitors registration;
2. Swiftly answer incoming telephone calls, take messages or forward the enquiry to the appropriate employee;
3. In charge of receiving and dispatching files and parcels , and making daily records for all outgoing parcels.
4. In charge of booking flights , hotels and cars for staffs.
5. Provide support on meeting room - arrangement & service management;
6. To distribute miscellaneous office supplies.
7. Support on HR policy review and keep it with legal compliance.
8. Ensure that required records and reports are prepared, maintained and issued with good quality and in a time manner.
9. Keep all internal information as confidential.


Requirements:
1. University student of administration, secretary, other relevant major, 3+ years work experience required.
2. Good written and verbal Mandarin and English abilities.
3. Strong responsibilities and good abilities to work hard and carefully; Willing to learn, hard work and strong sense of service. 举报 分享
