Responsibilities:
工作职责：
Perform field surveys of existing HVAC systems in office building
办公大楼项目现有HVAC系统评估
Prepare engineering analysis for air filtration upgrades: preliminary design, budget analysis, calculations, life cycle costs, and equipment selection
对空气过滤系统升级改造进行工程分析，包括初步设计、预算分析、计算、生命周期成本费用及设备选择
Prepare site assessment reports in English
提交英文现场报告
Perform field measurements for airflow, air quality, noise etc.
测量评估项目现场气流、空气质量、噪音等数据
Liaise with client and all the involved parties
与客户和相关人员进行协调沟通
Cooperate with design and product engineering team in order to provide high quality drawings and technical documentation.
与设计部门和产品工程部门合作以提供高质量的设计图纸和技术文件
Assist the PM to supervising, managing and reporting project progress of works.
协助项目经理监控、管理项目，并提交进展报告
Other tasks assigned by company
公司指定的其他工作任务。
 
Requirements:
任职要求：
Bachelor degree above in Mechanical Engineering or other related majors
机械或者相关专业本科以上学历
Minimum 5 years' hands-on working experience in HVAC engineering and/or site engineering support
5年 以上HVAC工程或者现场技术支持的实际操作经验
Good communication skills & team work
良好的沟通技能及团队精神
Expert AutoCAD and related PC skills
熟练操作AutoCAD和相关软件
Good command of verbal and written English
口头书面英文熟练
High accuracy and attention to detail
